· Proven experience in Surfactant, Ethoxylates /Speciality Chemical sales.

· Strong existing customer network.

· Proven track record in B2B Chemical Sales.

·Self-driven, result-oriented and capable of working independently.

· Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience & Qualification:

· Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Surfactant / Speciality Chemical sales

MBA in Marketing would be a preference

·Develop and manage sales of Surfactant, Ethoxylates / Speciality Chemicals

· Identify and on board recent customers in specific industries like, Home Care, Personal Care, Pharma, Textiles, Agro, Oil Field etc...

·Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

·Generate leads, negotiate prices and close deals independently.

·Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing dynamics in the Chemical industry.

· Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments and customer feedback.

· Achieve agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.

· To perform all other work being assigned by the seniors.
