Purpose/Objective

Responsible for the execution in the field of the Mechanical jobs assigned including manual work in teams together with workmen, fulfilling OH&S; and Quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Deliverables / Responsible for (results)1.

Understand & implement the safety guidelines at site while implementing mechanical activities at site 2.

Coordinates with different agency (civil, electrical) at site to execute & support their job without interference.

Develop a system to ensure the Contractors mechanical work procedures & method Statements, rigging plans, piping/static equipment installation methods and task risk assessments are properly executed before commencement of any mechanical activity 4.

Review & Certify measurements of Invoices in line with defined BOQ for Mechanical activities along with all documentation work.

Day to Day planning for Execution work.

Communicate Job expectations and actively support fulfilment of expectations when working in a team or as temporarily assigned foreman

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications Essential BE /Diploma (Mechanical) Desirable/Preferable MBA Work Experience (Cumulative) Total Years (Band) 6-12 years Years (Relevant) 5-10 years Seniority (desirable) At least 5 years of experience in project execution Types of Organization MNC / Indian / Conglomerates / Large Scale / Listed / Hi-Growth / Secure / Process driven Types of Sector Cement/ Building Material/Infrastructure Variety of experience 5 yrs experience in project management, coordination in a largescale organization for cement and building materials.

Qualitative aspects Knowledge and exposure of project standards and practise.
