About thinkbridge thinkbridge builds the business systems growing companies run on: ERP replacements, connected systems, AI agents inside real workflows and modernized legacy software. We have built custom software for growing companies for more than 12 years.
Today we deliver every system with thinkOne, our method that pairs our experts with our agentic engineering and delivery platform. The platform writes much of the code. Our people understand the client's business, work out the right solution and take it to production. A typical system goes live in about four months. Our commitments to clients are written into the contract before a build starts.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of client issues,
from understanding business requirements to implementing, testing, and communicating solutions.
Role Overview: Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, product understanding, business awareness, and client communication skills. The engineer is expected to investigate issues independently, understand the impact of changes, use AI tools effectively, and take responsibility for the quality and correctness of delivered solutions.
What You'll Do
As part of the job
- Build product and domain knowledge continuously through client interactions, product documentation, system exploration, and previous issue resolutions.
- Investigate client issues, identify root causes, clarify requirements, and distinguish between defects, maintenance requests, and new features.
- Use AI-powered development tools to analyze existing code, implement fixes and enhancements, and validate solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Review AI-generated code critically and perform testing, regression checks, and edge-case validation to ensure production quality.
- Resolve issues independently wherever possible and involve developers only when specialist technical expertise is required.
- Challenge unclear or potentially harmful requirements constructively, recommend better solutions, and escalate complex issues with evidence and specific technical questions.
- Build client confidence through explicit communication, sound judgment, timely updates, and reliable follow-through.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations, decisions, implementations, and validations in Harmony to ensure resolutions are traceable.
- Collaborate with developers when specialist expertise is required, follow security guidelines, and access production systems only with explicit authorization.
- Continuously strengthen product knowledge, technical skills, AI tool proficiency, and client relationships through sound decision-making and reliable follow-through.
Requirements:
Must have technical skills
- Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to investigate unfamiliar issues and identify practical solutions independently.
- Good understanding of product workflows, business rules, user requirements, application architecture, and system dependencies.
- Working knowledge of software development, APIs, databases, debugging, and relevant technology stacks.
- Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools to investigate issues, understand existing code, implement solutions, and develop enhancements.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated code and validate solutions through testing, regression checks, and edge-case analysis.

- Strong ownership and decision-making skills to manage issues from investigation to resolution while ensuring solution quality.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, clarify requirements, and define acceptance criteria.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations, explain technical solutions, and communicate business outcomes effectively.
- Ability to challenge unclear requirements constructively, recommend suitable alternatives, and recognize when specialist engineering support is required.
- Understanding of security boundaries, data protection, and authorized access to production systems.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, understand unfamiliar applications, and adapt to project-specific technologies, including Firebase or the applicable backend framework.
What This Role Is Not:
- A ticket-logging or ticket-routing role.
- A conventional support role that escalates every unfamiliar issue to developers.
- A role that blindly follows client instructions without understanding their intent.
- A role that accepts AI-generated code without reviewing and testing it.
- A replacement for specialist engineers when deep architectural, infrastructure, security, or complex engineering expertise is required.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in software development, application support, QA, or client-facing delivery.
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
- Relevant domain experience is an advantage.
Hiring principle:
- Prioritize problem-solving, product understanding, ownership, and communication over advanced theoretical programming knowledge. Technical proficiency should be sufficient to use AI tools responsibly, understand their output, and recognize when specialist assistance is necessary.
