- PM plan/ review/ follow up of UUM - 600+
- Maintaining quality / safety standards of elevators under his supervision
- Repair / Recapture/3rd party/MOD lead generation from existing customers
- Dealing with corporate/ GOVT customers to maintain the SLA
- Train / educate the team for next level improvements
- Support for UUM growth/reduction of AR & NR
- Billable & Non billable repair/ PCI/ FI/NCR/SBO/SQA/ASSA /Self checking/ CZA /Safety inspection closure executionsEmployee Type:
