Role Description The Stylist Fashion role at Blalo is a full time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the stylist will provide personalized styling consultations, curate daily outfits, and help clients optimize and manage their wardrobes using Blalo’s AI-powered tools. The stylist will collaborate closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and goals, translating them into practical, stylish looks and wardrobe plans.

Daily responsibilities include conducting styling sessions (in-person and virtual), maintaining accurate digital wardrobe records, recommending new pieces that complement existing items, and delivering a high standard of customer service.



The stylist may also support sales conversations, contribute insights to improve the styling app experience, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, brand-aligned styling outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe management skills, including the ability to curate outfits and build cohesive wardrobes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to conduct consultations, manage client expectations, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and client advisory skills to recommend products and services aligned with client needs while supporting business growth.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy and comfort with using styling or wardrobe apps, video calls, and collaborative online tools.
- Relevant experience in personal styling, fashion retail, image consulting, or similar fields is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Fashion, Design, Styling, or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory if supported by strong portfolio or experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and adapt to both in-person and remote client interactions.
