Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The advisor will guide students through the entire study abroad process, including program selection, scholarship and grant opportunities, and application requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one advising sessions, evaluating student profiles, and recommending best-fit international universities and funding options. The advisor will assist with documentation, application timelines,



and basic visa-related guidance, while coordinating with internal scholarship experts and consultants. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, providing clear communication to students and families, and contributing to continuous improvement of advising processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Educational consulting and study abroad advising skills, including experience helping students choose suitable international programs and funding options.
- Robust communication and interpersonal communication skills to conduct clear, empathetic, and professional one-on-one sessions with students and families.
- Consulting skills to analyze student profiles, interpret data-driven recommendations, and provide tailored guidance on scholarships and admissions.
- Basic knowledge of student visas and international admission procedures, with the ability to guide students on general requirements and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field; prior experience in study abroad, admissions, or career counseling is an advantage.
- Ability to work with data-driven platforms, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple student cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
- High level of cultural awareness, ethical practice, and commitment to making quality education affordable and accessible to diverse student populations.
