We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven who are passionate about Procurement strategy to join our Strategic Sourcing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving bottom line of the company, managing spends, driving value by VA-VE, Negotiations, Yield, Localization, Alternate sourcing etc and converting ideas till realization of savings, maintaining supplier long-term business relationships. You will act as the key point of contact between the company and its partners.

- Analysing components usage, commodity movement through Supplier Interactions and International database.

- Drive the cost/value analysis by examining complete supply chain.

- Understand end product and able to propose right component/supplier value based on market trend

- Convert potential ideas into realization of savings

- Adherence to defined procurement process is a must.

- Collaborate with Plant and Finance teams to ensure right prices.

- Build and maintain solid, long-term supplier relationships across various geographies.

- Meet and exceed savings targets and KPIs.

- Provide feedback on best practices, market trends, production needs, and competitive activity.
