- Assess performance against agreed targets, deliverables, budgets, resource requirements, quality parameters, and timelines.
- Review end-to-end workflows of communications, admissions, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, fundraising, recruitment, and relevant HR processes.
- Analyse conversion trends, delays, bottlenecks, handover gaps, duplication, and other factors affecting effectiveness.
- Coordinate internal reviews and audits where required, document observations,

and track corrective actions through closure.

3. Policies, Systems & Process Implementation

- Identify organisational and departmental process gaps and support the development of appropriate systems, structures, policies, SOPs, workflows, performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms.
- Map and evaluate processes across admissions, communications, partnerships, fundraising, recruitment, HR, and community outreach.
- Monitor the implementation, adoption, and effectiveness of established systems and processes.
- Review the effectiveness of CRM platforms, websites, social media, admissions and recruitment systems, dashboards, and workflow tools where relevant.
- Recommend improvements to strengthen information flow, process efficiency, coordination, and accountability.

4. Risk Monitoring & Management

- Monitor risks relating to admissions pipelines, partnership dependencies, fundraising opportunities, recruitment capacity, stakeholder engagement, process implementation, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain relevant risk registers and monitor agreed mitigation plans with accountable teams.
- Identify emerging risks, recurring bottlenecks, and dependencies that could affect organisational priorities and escalate them to leadership.

5. Leadership Reporting & Performance Analysis

- Consolidate departmental data into accurate dashboards, management reports, analytical summaries, and review presentations.
- Analyse trends in admissions, engagement, website, social media, partnerships, fundraising, recruitment, and operational performance.
- Evaluate performance against agreed indicators and identify recurring gaps or systemic challenges.
- Translate data into evidence-based insights and recommendations to support leadership decisions.
- Support periodic departmental and organisation-wide strategic reviews.

6. Cross-functional Coordination & Accountability

- Work with department heads and teams to review progress, understand implementation challenges, and identify dependencies across functions.
- Monitor ownership and completion of agreed actions, deliverables, and improvement plans.
- Identify gaps in coordination, handovers, information flow, and process accountability.

- Facilitate follow-up on review findings and escalate persistent deviations or unresolved issues through the established reporting structure.

Key Outcomes

- Improved visibility into departmental performance and progress against organisation-wide strategic priorities.
- Reliable monitoring of admissions, partnerships, fundraising, recruitment, communications, and people-operation indicators.
- Early identification of process inefficiencies, performance gaps, and strategic risks.
- Stronger implementation and adoption of organisational systems and workflows.
- Better cross-functional accountability and timely completion of agreed actions.
- Evidence-based reporting and recommendations that support institutional effectiveness and organisational growth.

Must-have Requirements

- 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, digital analytics, operations, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, business development, or people operations.
- MBA in Digital Marketing.
- Experience analysing performance indicators, reviewing workflows, identifying process gaps, and preparing management reports.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across departments and monitor implementation of agreed actions.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate data into practical recommendations and follow through on agreed actions.
- Experience beyond routine campaign execution, content creation, or marketing activities.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with CRM platforms, admissions management systems, recruitment systems, and workflow management tools.
- Experience analysing conversion funnels, stakeholder engagement, partnership pipelines, or recruitment metrics.
