We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage the team, achieve sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and maintain store standards.
- Achieve sales targets and guide the team to improve performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales support.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Supervise billing, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
- Manage staff duties, attendance, training and work allocation.
- Maintain product displays, pricing, cleanliness and store presentation.
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse and accounts teams.
- Submit sales, stock and staff performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail store management or a similar role.
- Strong sales, customer service and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, billing and cash handling.
- Basic computer and Excel skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
