Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
- Receive, verify, and store goods properly.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods and monitor product expiry dates.
- Maintain product quality and minimize damages and wastage.
- Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product display.
- Assist customers and resolve their queries and complaints.
- Support the team in achieving daily sales targets.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments.
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and shift handover reports.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

Experience Required

- 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, supermarkets,



grocery stores, or FMCG retail.
- Experience in billing, inventory management, stock handling, and customer service is preferred.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Any Degree preferred.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in supermarkets, grocery stores, FMCG retail, or organised retail outlets will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
