Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable FMCG products Ensure proper display and arrangement of products on shelves Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor Handle billing and cash transactions accurately Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and schemes to customers Check product expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method Handle customer queries and complaints effectively Coordinate with warehouse/store team for stock replenishment Maintain records of sales and inventory if required Support in store opening and closing activities Skills Required: Positive communication and interpersonal skills Basic sales and customer handling skills Knowledge of FMCG products is an advantage Qualification: Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass Any degree is an added advantage Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in Retail / FMCG sales Immediate joiners preferred Open to both Male and Female candidates
