We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Store In charge (Medical devices) to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and stock control in a medical device company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining accurate stock records and working on Tally for inventory and accounting purposes.

Key Responsibilities

- - Manage and supervise day-to-day store operations efficiently
- - Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and storage
- - Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of medical devices as per standards
- - Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking
- - Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation
- - Maintain inward and outward registers and documentation
- - Work on ERP for inventory management, billing, and stock tracking
- - Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams




- - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
- - Dispatch handling

Requirements

- - Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- - 3–5 years of experience in store/warehouse management (preferably in medical devices or healthcare industry)
- - Experience of handling capital goods
- - Solid knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- - Hands-on experience in Tally (ERP)
- - Good understanding of documentation and record-keeping
- - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- - Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
