As we expand our outlet network across India, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Associates who enjoy working with people, delivering excellent service and being part of a growing food and beverage brand.

Role Overview

As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming customer experience, maintaining store standards, assisting with product recommendations, handling billing and ensuring the outlet operates smoothly.

We are looking for candidates with experience in QSR chains, cafés, coffee shops, quick-service restaurants or premium retail food outlets who understand service standards and enjoy working in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

- Welcome customers warmly and provide a friendly, professional experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable ice creams, desserts and other products.
- Explain flavours, ingredients and available options clearly.
- Handle customer questions and complaints politely and escalate issues when required.

2. Sales and Billing

- Process customer orders accurately through the POS billing system.
- Suggest add-ons, toppings, sundaes, cakes and other suitable products to improve the customer experience and sales.
- Inform customers about approved offers and promotions.
- Support the outlet in achieving daily sales targets.

3. Product Handling and Quality

- Follow approved procedures for serving,



portioning and presenting products.
- Ensure products are handled and stored at the required temperatures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen-handling procedures.
- Check product availability, freshness and presentation and report any quality concerns immediately.

4. Store Operations

- Keep counters, display areas, equipment and customer spaces clean and organised.
- Follow opening, closing, cleaning and stock-checking procedures.
- Support inventory checks, stock replenishment and waste control.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

5. Teamwork and Accountability

- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the Store Manager.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures and service standards.
- Report customer feedback, stock shortages, equipment issues and operational concerns promptly.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute ideas to improve store performance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; graduates may also apply.
- Previous experience in food service, QSR, cafés, coffee shops or retail food outlets is preferred.
- Candidates with experience at McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Subway, Café Coffee Day or similar brands are encouraged to apply.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service attitude may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing, cash handling, food hygiene and customer service is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays as per the outlet roster.
