Tavisa is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store In-Charge to manage the daily operations of our women’s clothing store. The store offers ethnic and Indo-Western outfits. The right candidate will enjoy helping customers, have a good sense of style, and be comfortable handling sales and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable outfits.
- Manage daily store opening and closing.
- Handle billing, cash and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain stock records, check incoming stock and report low-stock items.
- Keep the store organised, clean and visually appealing.
- Arrange clothing displays and support seasonal promotions.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and provide courteous after-sales service.
- Share daily sales and store updates with the owner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, boutique or clothing-store management is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic computer or billing-system skills.
- Responsible, punctual and organised.
- Interest in women’s fashion, ethnic wear and Indo-Western clothing.
