Key Responsibilities

- Manage stock levels and ensure proper storage of materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate the dispatch of products to customers and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock replenishment.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the warehouse.
- Optimize storage space and implement effective warehousing practices.
- Handle documentation related to dispatch and inventory management.
- Resolve any discrepancies in stock levels and address logistical issues.
- Provide excellent support to internal teams and customers regarding dispatch queries.

Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of warehousing and logistics best practices.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Previous experience in store management or dispatch operations is an advantage.

You are Responsible for

- Overseeing the receipt and storage of goods in the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Preparing and processing orders for dispatch, ensuring that shipments are accurate and on schedule.
- Conducting regular stock audits and updating inventory records to reflect current stock levels.
- Coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to facilitate smooth delivery operations.
- Adhering to safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
