Job SummaryWe are looking for a courteous, energetic, and guest-focused Steward to join our team at The Corbett Selva Resort by DevStayZ. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and dining areas, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
2. Present menus, explain available food and beverage options, and take orders accurately.
3. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
4. Set up dining tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware, and maintain proper table settings.
5. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
6. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, dining area, and service stations.
7. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally.
8. Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards.
9. Assist with buffet setup, meal service, banquets, events, and group dining arrangements.

Maintain service equipment and report any damage or shortages to the supervisor.
11. Follow resort policies and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant service is preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a positive and guest-friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of restaurant service etiquette and basic food hygiene.
- Ability to work in a team and manage tasks during busy service hours.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
