Mine Development To execute the excavation and surface mining operation to create faces/blocks, development and maintenance of haul roads and benches, as per the Mine Plan, fulfilling statutory requirements.

Productivity and efficiency

Monitor & take corrective actions in achieving productivity in mining operations and crushing to optimize mining cost.

Overburden Removal

Coordinate the removal of soil over the mine surface, as per the mining plan to make surface available for drilling and blasting.

Safety

Ensure secure operation of all the equipments in shift operations and comply statutory requirements.

System Implementation The system requirements of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, and WCM systems in thorough the involvement of employees for improving working and quality standard.
