Job Responsibilities and Requirements::

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably CEIPAL.

- Experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.

- Strong understanding of technical terminology and Boolean search techniques.

- Knowledge of US visa statuses and tax terms, including C2C, C2H, W2, and 1099.

- Hands-on experience with job portals, including resume database searches and job postings.

- Familiarity with job boards such as CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.

- Ability to understand client requirements and analyze job descriptions effectively.

- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and follow-ups.





- Ability to source resumes through internal databases, personal networks, referrals, and job portals.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
