Job Title: Senior Tender Backend Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior and experienced Tender Backend Executive with strong expertise in English communication and search to end tender filing. The candidate should be well-versed in handling government and PSU tenders, documentation, coordination, and sales follow-ups, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities: Work on multiple portals (GEM, CPPP, State portals, PSU portals, etc.)

- Managing pre-bid queries, corrigendums, amendments, and post-bid follow-ups
- Coordination with internal departments, OEMs, vendors, and consultants for timely collection of required documents
- Maintaining systematic tender records, files, and databases (both digital and physical)
- Regular communication with clients and authorities for tender-related clarifications

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent command over written and spoken English




- Robust working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with e-tendering portals and tender software
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Good understanding of file management systems (online & offline)
- Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset

Experience & Qualification:

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in tender backend operations (Government / PSU preferred)
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in infrastructure, mining, municipal, or engineering sectors will be an advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
