Key Responsibilities Generate business for Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, Home Loans, CC Limits and Project Finance. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate leads through market visits, referrals and DSA networks. Develop relationships with customers, DSAs and channel partners. Explain loan products and documentation requirements. Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan processing and disbursement. Maintain sales reports, follow-ups and conversion records.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of relevant loan sales experience. Graduation is mandatory.
Experience selling Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, Home Loans or CC Limits. Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Experience in lead generation and achieving sales targets. Benefit
