We are Hiring an experienced and dynamic Sr Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Automobile Industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales volume targets.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.

- Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives.

- Train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

- Monitor sales team performance and take corrective actions when necessary.

- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share insights, and set priorities.

- Ensure that the team maintains accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, dealerships, and other stakeholders.





- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

- Make recommendations for product improvements or enhancements based on customer feedback.

- Manage the sales department budget effectively, including expenses and cost control.

- Ensure that sales activities are aligned with the budgetary constraints.

- Ensure all sales activities and processes comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.

- Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism within the sales team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
