Raveshia Realty is looking for a finance professional to join our Finance & Accounts team at our Khar, Mumbai office.

Designation: Sr. Manager - Project Finance

Location: Khar, Mumbai

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Head - Finance & Accounts

Experience: 4-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Project funding and fund-raising coordination
- Managing relationships with Banks, NBCs, HFCs, AlFs and financial institutions
- Project financial modelling, feasibility analysis and cash-flow planning
- Monitoring loan sanctions, drawdowns, utilization and debt servicing
- Lender MIS, compliance and due diligence coordination
- Supporting refinancing, capital structuring and investment evaluation
- Preparing financial reports, dashboards and management MIS
- Coordination with Projects, Sales, CRM, Legal, Liaisoning and Accounts teams

Candidate Profile:





‹ MBA Finance / PGDM Finance / Master's in Finance or equivalent - Mandatory

4-6 years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Real Estate Finance or Lending

Real Estate experience preferred

Strong financial modelling, project cash-flow analysis and advanced MS Excel skills

- Experience in handling lenders and financial institutions is essential
