Position: Senior Manager HR - Employee Experience & Operations

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Job Type: Full Time

Work Type : Onsite

Shift Timing: 3PM to 12AM IST

Flexibility: Based on business requirements, occasional shift adjustments may be required

- A dynamic and execution-driven HR Manager to lead employee experience, policy governance, and HR operations for our Bangalore location.
- This role demands a strong balance of people connect, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, KPIs and OKRs.
- The HR Manager will act as a culture ambassador, policy enforcer and engagement champion, while partnering closely with leadership to drive performance, reduce attrition, and elevate employee satisfaction.

Travel Requirement

- Willingness to travel to other Tekwissen offices or client locations as required
- Support and manage client visits, leadership visits, and internal events across locations

Key Responsibilities Policy Governance & Adherence

- Drive awareness, understanding, and strict adherence to organizational policies
- Influence employees and leaders to align with company standards and compliance
- Act as a policy ambassador, ensuring consistency across teams

Employee Engagement & Connect

- Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly connects with employees
- Design and execute impactful employee engagement initiatives
- Drive monthly employee surveys and convert insights into action plans
- Build a high-trust, transparent, and inclusive work culture

Performance & Attrition Management

- Track and analyze attrition trends, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Drive performance discussions with managers and leadership
- Implement and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
- Ensure alignment with KPIs and OKRs, acting as an HR ambassador

Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics





- Collect daily reports from employees and teams
- Create meaningful monthly dashboards and insights for leadership

Present data-driven recommendations on:

- Attrition
- Performance
- Engagement
- Productivity
- Track policy adherence
- Future readiness
- Leverage tools and AI in HR analytics for smarter decision-making

Stakeholder & Leadership Communication

- Provide regular updates to management on key HR metrics
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders
- Ensure transparency and proactive communication

Talent Lifecycle Management

- Conduct interviews and support hiring processes
- Manage exit interviews and derive actionable insights
- Ensure smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle experience

Rewards & Recognition (R&R;)

- Conduct quarterly R&R; programs
- Promote a culture of appreciation and performance recognition
- Events, Client Visits & Workplace Experience
- Plan and manage client visits, leadership visits, and office summits
- Ensure complete readiness, coordination and execution excellence
- Deliver a wow workplace experience during all visits

Team Management & Execution

- Lead and manage the HR team effectively
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct regular reviews and ensure accountability

AI & HR Innovation

- Identify opportunities to integrate AI in HR processes
- Improve efficiency in reporting, engagement, and analytics
- Drive continuous improvement and modernization
