Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:*

- Source and recruit doctors across multiple medical specialties.

- Understand medical qualifications, designations, experience, and specialty-specific requirements.

- Screen CVs and assess candidates against hospital and client criteria.

- Coordinate candidate interviews, follow-ups, and recruitment processes.

- Build and maintain a robust network of doctors and medical professionals.

- Work closely with the team to meet recruitment targets and client requirements.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably doctor recruitment.

- Good understanding of medical specialities, qualifications, and consultant/specialist designations.

- Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

- Strong communication, coordination, and candidate-management skills.

- Experience in international healthcare recruitment will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
