Production - Powder Coating

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire powder coating process, including surface preparation, coating application, and curing.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards for coating thickness, adhesion, and finish appearance.

- Optimize production parameters to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance coating performance.

- Troubleshoot coating defects such as uneven coverage, peeling, and contamination.

- Oversee routine maintenance of powder coating booths, ovens, and related equipment.

- Monitor raw material consumption and manage inventory of powder coatings and chemicals.

- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.

- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and environmental regulations related to powder coating.

- Collaborate with quality control and R&D; teams to test and validate new coating formulations.

- Train production operators on best practices for powder coating application and equipment handling.

- Maintain production records, analyze process data, and generate performance reports.





- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of [X] years of experience in powder coating or surface finishing operations.

- Robust knowledge of powder coating materials, equipment, and application techniques.
