We are currently hiring for experienced Delivery Lead to oversee and guide a team of IT professionals in delivering complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience in IT project management, demonstrating a strong background in team leadership, client communication, and project delivery. This is a key role that combines technical expertise, strategic leadership, and excellent client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of 20 IT professionals, including developers, business analysts, and QA testers, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and objectives.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative setting.

Promote a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and innovation within the team.

Project Management

Lead the delivery of complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining key deliverables, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring all project milestones are met.

Client Communications

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.

Provide regular status updates to clients and address concerns promptly,



ensuring clear and transparent communication at all stages.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, providing clear visibility into project performance and addressing any potential risks or issues.

Risk and Issue Management

Identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate those risks early in the project lifecycle.

Proactively resolve project issues, escalating to senior management as needed to ensure timely resolutions.

Continuous Improvement

Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

Foster a culture of process improvement and share best practices across teams to enhance overall delivery performance.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 15+ people.





Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Extensive experience in client communications, managing expectations, and aligning project objectives with business needs.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).

Advanced problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile/Scrum certifications are required.

Additional certifications related to IT or project management are a plus.
