Role Description The Sr Consultant – GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a full time, on-site role based in Kalyan Dombivli.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with industry standards and client requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, performing gap analyses, coordinating audits, and advising clients on regulatory and compliance obligations.

The Sr Consultant will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to translate security and compliance needs into practical controls and processes, as well as prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

The role also involves mentoring junior consultants, contributing to continuous improvement of service offerings, and supporting pre-sales activities when needed.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks (such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST, or similar), including policy development and control implementation.




- Experience conducting risk assessments, gap analyses, and internal audits, and translating findings into actionable remediation plans.
- Solid understanding of information security principles, IT infrastructure, and security controls, with the ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Proficiency in creating clear documentation, reports, and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a structured, detail-oriented manner.
- Prior experience in a consulting or advisory role in information security or GRC; experience leading or mentoring team members is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA) are highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site with clients in Kalyan Dombivli and collaborating with diverse teams in a professional, inclusive manner.
