: Manager – Sponsorships & Fundraising

Role Summary:

The Events & Corporate Sponsorships manager Lead end-to-end planning and execution for major university events (academic conclaves, cultural/tech fests, convocations) while actively securing corporate sponsorships and brand partnerships to offset event budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pitch, negotiate, and close corporate sponsorships, stall bookings, and brand tie-ups; create tiered sponsorship decks and ensure 100% fulfillment of sponsor deliverables. plans.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics—stage setup, AV/lighting, catering, security, crowd control, and local permissions.
- Drive the campus event calendar; supervise production schedules, run-sheets, and artist/speaker management.
- Draft RFPs, negotiate vendor contracts, track event expenditures within sanctioned limits,



and manage post-event settlements.
- Partner with academic departments, student committees, IT, and campus marketing teams for cohesive execution.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in corporate sponsorship sales and large-scale event management (higher education or event agency background preferred). Solid corporate network and proven closure record.
- Strong corporate pitching, contract negotiation, vendor management, and crisis handling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related fields.
- Strong multi-event handling and on-ground execution capabilities.

Pay range and compensation package- Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
