- Bank reconciliation and cash accounting
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Fixed asset accounting
- Project accounting –
- Procore & non-Procore
- Consolidation, straight-lining, deferred revenue &
- AR aging
- VAT and statutory reporting
- Local GAAP compliance
- Lease accounting
- Payroll, withholding, bonus &

benefits accounting

- Expense accounting, accruals &

- AP aging
- Month-end and year-end closing activities
- Account reconciliations and reporting

Key Skills

- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Good knowledge of reconciliations and month-end close
- Analytical and problem-solving skills




- Positive Excel and ERP knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good Knowledge on GAAP
