Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM and finance solutions.
- Design and implement MSCRM solutions that enhance our operational efficiency, customer engagement, and financial processes.
- Develop architecture models and schemas, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of the solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for MSCRM implementation and customization.
- Conduct system integration and data migration efforts as part of project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MSCRM and finance applications.
- Ensure the documentation of architectural designs, processes, and workflows is accurate and comprehensive.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to apply innovative solutions within our CRM and finance frameworks.
Skills and Tools Required
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its modules.
- In-depth knowledge of finance processes and tools, particularly related to CRM integration.
- Proven ability to design and architect solutions tailored to business needs.
- Proficiency in data modeling, application integration techniques, and system architecture best practices.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
