Required Skills-

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in solar PV design, preferably in EPC companies.
- Strong experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
- Hands-on experience in commercial & industrial (C&I;) solar projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope or similar solar design software.
- Good understanding of inverters, modules, electrical systems, and grid integration.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Solar PV Designer (Solar EPC) with immediate joining preferred and a compensation range of approximately 5–7.2 LPA. The Solar PV Designer will be responsible for designing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems, including layout planning, module arrangement, cable routing, and preparation of single-line diagrams. Daily tasks include performing site assessments from available data, preparing detailed design drawings, conducting basic load calculations, and optimizing system sizing to meet client and regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating with project managers and installation teams, preparing design documentation, BOQs, and reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety guidelines.



The Solar PV Designer will also support tender and proposal preparation by providing technical inputs, drawings, and design clarifications.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Solar PV system design, including system sizing, layout planning, and basic electrical design for rooftop and ground-mounted installations.
- Ability to use relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), along with competence in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of solar EPC project workflows, including engineering, procurement, installation practices, and familiarity with applicable standards and safety guidelines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess site conditions, interpret technical data, and propose efficient, cost-effective design solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and provide clear technical documentation and design explanations.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in Solar PV design or EPC projects is highly beneficial; fresh professionals with strong fundamentals may also be considered.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur and manage multiple design tasks within project timelines.
