Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Software Project Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Software Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software projects supporting internal operations, inventory management, and partner integrations.

Responsibilities include defining project scope and requirements, coordinating with development and QA teams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role involves tracking project progress, identifying risks, managing stakeholder communication,



and implementing best practices for quality and process improvement.

The Software Project

Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with NA Diamonds’ growth strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Software Project Management and Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Software Development understanding, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and QA teams.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Requirements Analysis capabilities to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Relevant experience in managing end-to-end software projects, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar) and familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and in office in Mumbai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and drive continuous improvement in processes and systems.
