Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead software development teams delivering customer-focused web and desktop application projects.
- Own project portfolio planning, prioritization, delivery governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality commitments.
- Manage, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing software engineers and technical leaders.
- Coordinate with product, business, development, quality, and global management stakeholders to align priorities and delivery outcomes.
- Drive consistent engineering practices, delivery metrics, continuous improvement, and effective execution across project teams.

Skills Required:

- 10 - 15 years of relevant software development experience,



including substantial experience managing engineering teams and software delivery.
- People Management: Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Project Management: Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Solid hands-on understanding of C# and .NET-based software development.
- Experience leading software project management activities, portfolio delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Proven people management experience, including team building, coaching, performance development, and talent retention.
- Experience with Selenium and Playwright Automation for software quality engineering and automated browser testing.

Good to Have:
- Automated Testing, Automation Testing, Java, and Selenium WebDriver experience.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
