We are looking for someone who can take a screen out of its box and hand it over to a client running our software, and who can work out what has gone wrong when it stops. That means configuring TVs, totems and kiosks, installing and setting up our application on them, preparing and packing them safely for dispatch, and visiting sites to install, check and repair. A large part of the work is diagnostic.

A screen at a client site is blank: is it power, the cable, the network, the display itself, or our software? You will be the person who finds out, fixes what can be fixed on the spot, and reports the rest clearly to the software team. You will also be the first voice many clients hear.

You will take their calls, understand the complaint, judge how serious it is, and see it through until the screen is working again. Candidates straight out of college or a diploma are welcome and will be trained on our software, devices and processes. What we cannot train is patience, a calm manner with an unhappy client, and the habit of checking one thing at a time until the real cause turns up.





We are looking for a developer who can take a requirement all the way through to production and stay answerable for it afterwards. That means writing code, but it also means questioning the requirement before you start, writing the process down, and making sure the result can be supported by a field team that is not made up of engineers. A positive part of the work is diagnostic.

A screen goes blank at 2 a.m. at one site and nowhere else. A playlist drifts out of sync across a set of displays. A player at a client location has to recover on its own because the nearest technician is two hours away.

We hire on ability rather than on years served. Candidates straight out of college are welcome and will be trained on our stack and our processes. What we cannot train is curiosity, or the patience to keep digging until the real cause turns up.

In return you get a small team, direct access to the people who take decisions, a short path from idea to production, and software of yours running on screens you can go and look at.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
