Role Description The Software Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role involves supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software products across BETA’s portfolio.

The Software

Associate will write and review code, participate in technical discussions, assist in troubleshooting and bug resolution, and help improve performance and reliability of applications.



Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior engineers, contributing to documentation, researching new tools and technologies, and supporting the implementation of best practices in software development. The role also requires working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, refine features, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Programming and Software Development skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and software testing practices is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Tiruvallur, adapt to new technologies, and follow structured development processes is expected.
