- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.

- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand objectives.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.

- Write compelling captions, engaging copy, and relevant hashtags for social media posts.

- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools, and prepare regular performance reports.

- Optimize content strategies based on engagement metrics, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.

- Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and audience inquiries in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.

- Ensure all published content maintains brand consistency, tone of voice,



and visual identity.

- Stay updated on platform algorithms, emerging trends, and best practices to improve social media performance.

Requirements

- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.

- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and their respective content formats.

- Excellent written communication, creativity, and content planning skills.

- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with a team.

- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other social media management tools is an advantage.
