About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Strategist with a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, customer behaviour, and market trends. The candidate should know how to attract customers, create engaging advertisements, improve website engagement, and develop marketing strategies that drive product sales for both our brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative Instagram marketing strategies for both brands (Tarot with Sakshi and The Stardust Studio) to attract the right audience and increase sales.
- Identify trending content, engaging hooks, storytelling techniques, and ad concepts that capture attention and encourage purchases.
- Understand customer interests, preferences, and buying decisions to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Guide the content and creative team on ad creatives, reels, product presentation, and promotional messaging.
- Suggest improvements to website content, banners, product pages, and landing pages to make the shopping experience more engaging.




- Plan attractive offers, discounts, bundles, and product promotions to encourage conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand positioning, customer trust, website conversions, and overall sales.
- Track content and campaign performance and continuously improve strategies based on results.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or B2C industry.
- Solid understanding of Instagram marketing, Meta Ads creatives, content trends, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent creative thinking and the ability to identify what attracts customers to a product.
- Experience in developing sales-focused content and marketing campaigns for e-commerce products.
- Understanding of website engagement, customer journeys, and conversion improvement.
- Ability to guide creative teams and turn marketing ideas into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign performance analysis is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile We need someone who can think beyond regular social media posting and bring fresh ideas to make our products more appealing, our ads more engaging, and our website more effective at converting visitors into customers.
