Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Marketing / SEO role based in Chennai. The team member will plan, create, and publish social media content across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts and website content for search engines, tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies based on analytics.

The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand service offerings, aligning messaging with brand guidelines, and supporting digital campaigns that highlight NJ Macson’s advisory and family office capabilities. The individual will be expected to stay current with social media, SEO, and digital marketing trends relevant to financial services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute campaigns across relevant platforms.




- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey complex financial concepts in accessible language.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or qualified services marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic advisory environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
