Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Baatcheet’s online presence by assisting in the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, creating basic visual content, scheduling updates, and monitoring engagement to help grow and nurture the online community. The intern will collaborate with the team to align content with ongoing campaigns, mental health awareness initiatives, and organizational goals.

Additional responsibilities may include basic performance tracking,



researching trends in digital and social media marketing, and contributing ideas for improving reach and impact. This is a remote internship role, offering adaptable learning and hands-on experience in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated interest and skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sensitive approach to mental health topics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic content design tools is beneficial.
- Interest in mental health advocacy, psychology, or social impact work is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
