Touch Down Earth is a boutique luxury travel company with about 26 years of operations in India and a Dubai branch that works as a DMC for travel agents worldwide. We handle flights, visas, hotels, curated packages, ground transport (Touch Down Cabs) and group travel (Smapsters).

She Roams is our women-only travel vertical: small-group trips designed for women, by women. It has its own voice, its own community and its own audience. You will be the person who makes both brands look and sound as good online as the trips feel in real life.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in New Delhi.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, writing and editing posts, coordinating visual assets with design or creative teams, and optimising content using social media best practices and SMO techniques. The role involves monitoring trends, responding to comments and messages, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness.

Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align social media activities with broader campaigns and business goals.

Qualifications





- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality or lifestyle.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, campaign planning, platform management and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe tools for static post design, with basic reel editing skills and an understanding of trending formats.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content in English and conversational Hindi/Hinglish.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Instagram Insights and social media optimisation (SMO).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage two distinct brand voices, work independently and collaborate with founders, sales teams, influencers and freelancers.
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
