We are looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can manage our social media presence, plan engaging content, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should combine creative content strategy with robust performance marketing skills to drive brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars, captions, hashtags, reels, stories, and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.

2. Google Ads Management

- Plan, create, and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ad campaigns as relevant.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and conversion tracking.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.

3. Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)

- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, and online sales.
- Set up audience targeting, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), ROAS, and other key performance indicators.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.




- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, sales, and advertising expenditure.

5. Strategy & Growth

- Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with sales and e-commerce teams to generate qualified leads and increase sales.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and maximize marketing ROI.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and paid advertising.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, landing-page optimization, and lead generation.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing D2C brands, e-commerce businesses, or B2B lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining profitable acquisition costs.
- A portfolio of successful campaigns with measurable results.

- Social media reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Qualified leads and website traffic generated.
- Cost per lead and cost per acquisition.
- Conversion rate and return on ad spend.
- Revenue generated through paid campaigns.
- Consistency and quality of content delivery.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
