About Glassence

Glassence is a premium glassware brand from Firozabad, the Glass Capital of India. Founded in 2025, we make our glassware in-house with strict quality control, and our products are available on Blinkit and Zepto. We’re building a brand known for craft, quality and trust, and we want someone to tell that story online.

About the Role

As our Social Media Manager, you will own Glassence’s presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. You’ll plan content, create it, run campaigns and grow our audience among both consumers and business buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run a monthly content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Shoot and edit product reels, photos and short videos, from manufacturing to lifestyle settings
- Build B2B visibility on LinkedIn with hotels, retailers and corporate gifting buyers
- Find and manage influencer and creator collaborations
- Plan campaigns for product launches and festive seasons
- Write captions, posts and short copy in line with the brand voice
- Respond to comments and messages,



and build community engagement
- Track performance metrics and share monthly reports with insights

Requirements

- [1–3] years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally D2C, lifestyle, home décor or FMCG
- A strong visual sense for product photography and reels
- Hands-on with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom or similar tools
- Good written English and Hindi
- Able to work independently in a small, founder-led team

Positive to Have

- Experience running Meta ads
- Experience marketing on quick-commerce or e-commerce platforms
- A portfolio of pages or content you’ve grown
