Auren Technologies is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help build and manage engaging social media content. We are seeking someone with strong creative skills, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling content for digital platforms.

This is primarily a work-from-home position, with occasional visits to shoot locations whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative ideas for reels, posts, stories, carousels, and social media campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and content copy that connect with the target audience.
- Research trending topics, audio, formats, and content ideas relevant to each brand.
- Prepare and maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
- Coordinate with the team for content planning, shoot schedules, and campaign execution.
- Upload, schedule, and manage social media posts as required.
- Perform basic video editing when needed. Most edited video footage will be provided by the company.
- Review content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Attend occasional on-location shoots in Chandigarh and nearby areas when required.
- Stay updated with changing social media trends, platform features, and content best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong content creation skills and a creative mindset.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, and other social media formats.
- Ability to develop fresh, engaging, and audience-focused content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools and short-form video content.
- Good writing skills,



including caption writing and content planning.
- Understanding of social media engagement, trends, and audience behaviour.
- Good communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while working remotely.
- Willingness to travel to shoot locations when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content.
- A portfolio showcasing social media posts, reels, captions, or other creative projects.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar content creation and editing tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Candidates with strong creative ability and a good portfolio are encouraged to apply, even if they have limited professional experience.

Work Arrangement

- Primarily work from home.
- Candidates based in Chandigarh or nearby areas are preferred.
- Occasional attendance at on-location shoots is required when scheduled.
- The company will generally provide edited video footage, so advanced video editing skills are not essential.
- Clear communication, creativity, reliability, and timely delivery of work are important.
