- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Support the social media team in developing and maintaining content calendars.

- Create basic social media posts, stories, reels, and captions in line with brand guidelines.

- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and content ideas to improve audience engagement.

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.

- Monitor social media accounts and help respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries.

- Conduct competitor research and identify emerging social media trends.

- Track post performance, engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.

- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

- Collaborate with graphic designers,



video editors, and marketing team members to develop creative content.
