About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive with solid content-writing skills and hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, and maintaining a consistent online presence for the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Writing: Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content for social media posts, captions, reels, stories, and other digital marketing activities.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Content Planning: Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms.
- Platform-Specific Content: Create tailored content for Instagram and LinkedIn based on their respective audiences, formats, and engagement trends.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, trending topics, hashtags, and content formats to improve reach and engagement.
- Creative Coordination: Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to develop visually appealing and effective social media creatives.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and interactions, and ensure timely responses to maintain a positive brand image.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor social media performance using metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement,



follower growth, and post performance.
- Brand Communication: Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice, communication standards, and marketing objectives.
- Competitor Analysis: Research competitors and industry trends to identify new content ideas and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication and content-writing skills.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and proofreading.
- Hands-on knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Ability to write engaging captions, posts, promotional content, and professional LinkedIn updates.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, hashtags, and content trends.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content-creation tools will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content writing are preferred.
- Candidates with strong writing skills and a relevant portfolio may also be considered.
