Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on analytics.

The individual will collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings,



translate them into compelling social media narratives, and maintain a consistent brand voice. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, writing and editing posts, responding to audience interactions, and staying updated on trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to develop targeted, engaging, and clear social media content.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and interact with audiences professionally.
