Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Content Creator at PHEREY. In this role, the individual will plan, create, and publish original content (including posts, captions, short-form videos, and stories) across multiple social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, aligning posts with brand guidelines, and collaborating with marketing and design team members to support campaigns and product launches. The role involves monitoring social media trends, analysing engagement metrics, and optimising content based on performance insights.

The Social Media Content

Creator will also engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages, and identifying opportunities to increase reach and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content, including copywriting, basic visual design, and short-form video production.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn)



and using scheduling or analytics tools.
- Strong skills in content planning, including building content calendars and aligning posts with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Comfort with basic data analysis, using platform insights and metrics to refine content and improve engagement and reach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistent, inclusive language.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging formats in digital content and online communities.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation; a portfolio of relevant work is highly beneficial.
