Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 per month depending on experience and skills. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others aligned with the company’s brand.

Responsibilities include developing post ideas, writing captions, creating or coordinating visuals (images, short videos, reels), and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.

The Social Media Content

Creator will monitor trends, track basic performance metrics, and collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.



The role also requires responding to comments or messages when needed and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and is inclusive and skilled.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging captions, creating short-form video content, and basic visual editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media platform management, such as scheduling posts, understanding platform features (stories, reels, hashtags), and monitoring audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic digital marketing concepts, including awareness of branding, audience targeting, and content performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple content tasks and meet deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in marketing, mass communication, media, or a related field are beneficial.
