About Us

We are an HSDM-authorised skill training partner. We run government-funded courses in Artificial Intelligence and E-Commerce for ITI students and youth in Haryana, under NSDC / Skill India norms. We’re looking for a Centre Head to run our Panchkula centre from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Centre operations

Manage day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff, trainers, labs, attendance and discipline.

Plan batches, timetables and trainer schedules so every course runs to its official hours and calendar.

Look after infrastructure, IT labs, equipment and the upkeep of the centre.

Mobilisation and admissions

Drive student mobilisation and admissions to meet batch targets, working with mobilisers, ITI staff and local institutions.

Run counselling sessions for students and parents, check eligibility documents, and complete enrolment.

Training and quality

Make sure training follows the approved curriculum (NIELIT / NSQF qualifications) and covers the full required hours.

Monitor trainer performance, student progress and attendance, and take action where students fall behind.

Organise internal assessments and coordinate third-party assessments and certification.

Placements

Achieve placement targets (minimum 70% of certified students) by building tie-ups with employers and running placement drives.

Prepare students for jobs through soft skills, communication and interview training.

Track placed students and collect proof of placement as the scheme requires.

Student data and MIS

Keep student records accurate and up to date: enrolment,



Aadhaar-linked attendance, assessment and placement data.

Update government portals (Skill India Digital Hub / HSDM MIS) on time.

Send weekly and monthly reports to management.

Government compliance

Ensure the centre follows HSDM, NSDC and scheme guidelines at all times.

Prepare for and handle inspections, audits and monitoring visits.

Maintain all registers, photos, geo-tagged evidence and documents needed for payment claims.

Coordinate with HSDM officials, the ITI Principal and other government departments.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate in any discipline (MBA or postgraduate preferred).

4–7 years’ experience in skill development, ideally managing a PMKVY, DDU-GKY, HSDM or similar government-funded training centre.

Good working knowledge of Skill India / SIDH portals, NSQF norms, assessment and certification processes.

Proven track record of meeting admission and placement targets.

Solid team management and coordination skills, and comfort dealing with government officials.

Good communication in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus).

Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets, and comfortable with data-driven reporting.

Organised and detail-oriented, with integrity in handling records and compliance.
