Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing daily project activities at MahaVastu locations or project sites. This role includes supervising construction and layout implementation according to Vastu guidelines, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring that work is executed on schedule and within quality standards.

The Site

Supervisor manages site documentation, progress reports, and basic compliance with safety and organizational policies, while promptly addressing operational issues.



Daily responsibilities also include monitoring resource usage, maintaining clear communication with project managers and consultants, and supporting clients or visitors at the site in a professional and respectful manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid site supervision and coordination skills, including experience overseeing day-to-day operations at construction or project sites.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of construction practices, layout interpretation, and quality control methods relevant to Vastu or architectural projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, reporting, and record-keeping to track progress, resources, and site-related communication.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with contractors, vendors, internal teams, and clients.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify issues early and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Relevant experience in supervision within construction, interior projects, or Vastu-related implementation is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site India, with flexibility in managing multiple tasks and adherence to ethical, non-discriminatory professional conduct.
